Klubko Babbles is a class held in English, created specifically for expat parents of babies and small children. It provides a space where moms and dads foreigners can connect and share their experiences of parenthood as well as challenges, joys or anecdotes of living in Croatia. During the class, babies have an opportunity for early socialization among other kids and babies.
Parents have a place to meet, socialize and learn from the experts and from each other, as moderators and guest experts will open up a variety of topics by solving parenting dilemmas, presenting interesting information, and breaking parenting taboos. Topics will be related to parenthood & any kinds of issues moms and dads face, as well as to child development and upbringing. Any issue at Klubko Babbles can be explored in both serious and funny ways & discussed from different perspectives without prejudice. The cosy and safe atmosphere is intended to help parents find or increase confidence in themselves and their own competences, choices and decisions.
Babies can sleep, play in the baby gym or freely explore the surroundings while moms & dads chat 🙂
Class moderators are Ivana Habuš Kraljević, sociologist and Barbara Perasović Cigrovski, psychologist. Ivana and Barbara are friends, business partners, mothers and founders of Klubko Parents’ Hub. They are devoted to creating a space where parent’s needs are met, such as the need to socialize, to get reliable information & to gain understanding in their struggles and joys.
Once a month, experts from all areas related to the growth and development of the baby or their parents come in, completing topics and joining in learning.
